Blending over twenty years of creating software systems with, what I consider to be my personal greatest talents: systems awareness, ability to imagine future and emotional nuance sensitivity, proved to make me an effective and successful Agile Coach.

Designing and creating software systems was the occupation which until my early thirties was nourishing my creativity, challenge, drive for learning and discovery and was a mean to provide care for other people. After joining bigger and more complex projects I was surprised that not every attempt ends successfully. My innate curiosity steered me into topics of communication, leadership and all skills that allow teams to navigate towards fruitful delivery. While my driving values stayed the same, people became my new importance. Transition from software to people orientation lead through filling various roles in many organizations.

For the last years I'm fascinated by and I am growing in topics of scrum, agile, systems thinking, integral theory, new paradigm leadership, identifying obstacles in achieving business results, removing impediments on personal as well on system levels, emerging management techniques, creative writing, and it all immersed in value based communication to foster open and honest dialogue even under challenging circumstances.
