Guus Oosterop

Guus Oosterop has been a trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant in the Netherlands and throughout much of Europe for over 17 years. With his international partners, Guus launched TripleWin in 2002. TripleWin is an international training and consulting company with a clear goal: To equip organizations with the tools to successfully execute their strategies and to achieve their goals through building strong company cultures.  TripleWin provides customized products for a wide-range of industries. Their direct consulting and coaching support and innovative training courses build strong leaders, strong teams and strong companies.  Guus is the principle in TripleWin Europe, located in the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Guus’s expertise includes facilitating, coaching and consulting in the areas of team development, leadership development, customer loyalty and change management. He has successfully worked across multiple industries with executive teams, work teams and leaders. Guus coaches senior leaders to improve their interpersonal and communication skills and to strengthen their relationship skills. In his coaching work, Guus focuses on mindset and behaviors.

Guus is certified in the Stakeholder Centered Coaching process and is experienced in the use of the popular social skill assessments LSI, DiSC and MBTI. He attended the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam and has a master physical education teaching degree with all the qualifications for training and coaching National Field Hockey. Guus co-authored Continuous Improvement in Excellent Companies in 2002.
